Valuations
Each year Mandens are instructed to carry out a number of formal written valuations of fish and chips businesses. These are often required where there is a need for an independent valuation in cases such as dissolution of partnerships, divorce or other reasons.
Mandens are able to prepare these valuations by reference to comparable evidence compiled from a substantial volume of instructions taken for the sale of fried fish businesses and on formal valuations carried out on others.
